Richmond America has terminated my contract and is keeping my deposit and acting in bad faith They sent me a letter today terminating my contract. they have really broken good faith and mortgage laws. I applied for a mortgage 14 days after contract. Found out I was not going to be approved. So instead of returning deposit money they said because I didn't apply in 7 days they are keeping my deposit. Meanwhile there mortgage company has not processed my mortgage application because verbally they said I could not get approved. Frank Dodd law requires they process the mortgage any help would be greatly appreciate
