I was denied bobs furniture good proof protection on my bed frame from breakage. Doesnt fall under specific damage whats more specific than you getting into bed one night, and the cheap *** wood slats and supporting legs collapse? And upon taking the bed frame down noticing cracked wood in frame. And to top it off Im still paying for this crap!!! Total *** User's recommendation: Do not purchase bed frames from them unless you want to be sleeping on the floor!!
