Bought a Dell with only two thunderbolt ports which means I had to get an adapter for any accessories, and I cannot get an adapter to work, even the one Dell told me to buy. Tried various adapters. Dell CS could only focus on the adapter and not the problem with the ports. Gave up trying after speaking with various untrained people that cannot communicate and cannot think for themselves. User's recommendation: Hire people who can understand problems. Train them on the problems. Review issues that customers have and fix them.
