Delivery team damaged my harwood floors

On, May 21, 2020, Renegade/Coleman Furniture contracts with Fidelitone Last Mile, Inc, to make their furniture deliveries. While delivering my furniture, some metal on the cart they use cut into my wood floor. I called Renegade's Aftercare Team and they asked for pictures. I sent the pictures to them, supposedly, they sent them to Fidelitone Last Mile, Inc. For weeks, I have not heard from Fidelitone or Renegade's Aftercare Team. I have sent emails to Renegade, then they tell me to contact Fidelitone. Had I known that Renegade out sourced deliveries, then refuses to assist customers when damages are made. User's recommendation: WARNING: Do not buy with expectations of good quality aftercare support services.
