Delivery Issue with Ninja Van

Hi, I was trying many attempt to get Ninja van to deliver the item ordered from Lazada, despite my effort I still did not received the item. Below is the excuses they try to explain to me their bad service. Tracking History Parcel is being processed at Ninja Van warehouse - Singapore 05 May 21, 4:17 am (DID NOT DELIVERED AS PROMISED) Parcel is being processed at Ninja Van warehouse - Ninja Van Sorting Facility 04 May 21, 12:15 pm Parcel is on its way 04 May 21, 7:39 am Parcel is being processed at Ninja Van warehouse - Ninja Van Sorting Facility 04 May 21, 7:26 am Parcel delivery has been rescheduled 03 May 21, 10:43 pm Parcel is being processed at Ninja Van warehouse - Ninja Van Sorting Facility 03 May 21, 10:28 pm Parcel is being processed at Ninja Van warehouse - Singapore 03 May 21, 10:24 pm Delivery is unsuccessful - The customer requested for a change in the date/time of delivery.
