Defy gas stove/electric oven

Good day, I have ordered a thermo fan for my gas stove with electric oven from the Bloemfontein Defy branch about 4 weeks ago. I frequently follow up with phone calls on the order progress but with only promises they will get back to me. I am really not happy with this branch way of handing orders. Defy GDS 183
