Defective products, useless Customer Service

Discovered the wet way that a North Face waterproof jacket, was NOT waterproof and got soaked. Emailed all the details to North Face Customer Service. After a while, received a very incomplete reply with no answer to my questions, so I emailed back and received email from a different person - still not addressing my complaint and questions. I emailed again and asked for North Face to send me some waterproofing or recommend a brand so I could make my "defective" jacket waterproof. Never heard back . Emailed again, and never heard back. Useless and dysfunctional Customer Service department. Shouldn't be called Customer Service because there is NONE. User's recommendation: Do not buy North Face cheaply made , expensive to buy crap. They do NOT stand by their products.
