The GM of Lehigh Valley Lexus in Pennsylvania (Carl Hesse) , provided a document to the AG's office in response to my complaint, that the voice recognition system does not work. They are aware of the problem and the owner (Peter Cooper) feels it is an acceptable percentage of cars within the industry, but they are not responsible and they do not disclose this to buyers. When I found stone chips in the windshield (in my line of sight) of my newly purchased CPO, the GM replaced the glass with an inexpensive aftermarket glass... Unbelievable! One would never expect this type of deciept from a Lexus dealership.
