Defective braclet clasp, ignoring emails to rectify

I have contacted the company numerous time about their unsatisfactory customer service & poor workmanship. To date I get replies from a robotic "chatbot"direxting me to send another email & " a live person" will contact me in 1-2days. THAT has not happened. I ordered the Piece of My Heart is in Heaven braclet on 12/6/20. It was to he a Christmas gift . The braclet did NOT arrive until early January 2021. It looked fine however the clasp was defective. It fell apart THE FIRST time worn. This was very much upsetting as the braclet was meant to honor the tragic & traumatic loss of her daughter. This company states it "guarantees" replacent of product or money returned. However, that is a false statement. I wanted a replacement braclet. I get no satisfaction in the negligent, careless way they handle customer service. I want satisfaction & resolution of this ASAP
