I recently purchased a starter kit for the Chaz Dean Wen product through Guthy-Renker. The product itself builds up on your hair with continued use and no longer works after a month. Also, Guthy-Renker does not adequately advertise that upon purchase of the starter kit you are actually comitting to 3 additional months of product delivery and an additional amount charged automatically to your debit/credit card. It is not clearly stated on the G-R site nor on the Chaz Dean homepage. Guthy-Renker and Chaz Dean are obviously working together to defraud the consumer marketplace in this situation. DO NOT ORDER THE WEN PRODUCT OR DO ANY BUSINESS WITH GUTHY-RENKER.
