I was deceived into applying for a car refinance known. I specifically asked if car collateral meant refinance and was told no. After my received my offer it was for a car refinance after all. I was under the impression I was receiving a 11,000 dollar loan and it was actually to pay off my 10,000 dollar car and I would have 1000. I would had never agreed to this had I known in the beginning. Now I am stuck with several hard inquiries on my credit that I have worked diligently over for 2 years. Please dont let them get you like they got me. This is shameful. User's recommendation: Do not apply for a loan.
