Dealership Acts Like Thieves and Steals Customer Time and Unfulfilled Contracts

The list is too long to spend the time writing out. Called several times today....no one answers the phone. I believe, in the presence of two reliable witnesses, that one of Lithia's Dealerships steals customers time and money by not fulfilling the terms of their contract for purchase of new vehicle rebates, terms of agreement and etc. Dealership Service Department does not fix problems caused by the dealership and also is unable to do warranty repairs that other dealerships are able to complete...even though the vehicle was purchase at a Lithia Dealership. Service Department does not return phone calls, performs service not requested and is rude and unhelpful. The Dealership then gangs up on the customer when they bring to light the problems rather than doing their job and serving the customer. I feel the customer is on the bottom of their list and they are more concerned about losing their jobs so they act like a bunch of liars.
