Totally disgusted with the company Zacksons furniture in New Jersey The first Lorts table I received underneath the finish has discolored the owner of the store tried to tell me it was something I did and I only had a table for a short time upon inspection, they realized it was underneath the finish a second table was ordered came in delivered and the rails on the table were set incorrectly and it does not close properly, again the owner of the company was yelling at me that I didn't want the table and was telling me it was my fault, and he would give me a refund to which I didn't want!!, yes I want the table now I'm totally annoyed. Im questioning the quality assurance on your END how could two tables go out and both be defective and everyone seems to be looking at me I will never ever buy another piece of furniture in Zaksons NOR ever buy anything from Lorts! I don't know how this story is going to end. Zacksons is now trying to repair the table I'm sure they've been in contact with you but no one seems to be thinking of me the consumer for all the inconvenience and the harassment! I have now paid for a table that has total imperfection in my house and another table youre trying to repair maybe I should rethink and get my money back and go to a different company how many more tables and how many more repairs are we going to do! Please advise sincerely Jean Meadus User's recommendation: Don’t buy from zacksons or Lorts.
