Damaged/ opened/ late packages

When I received my bath and body works package after 7 weeks(no way to track it!), every bottle was opened and the package was damaged and re taped! I inadvertently used newgistics again for my khols order! It was ordered over a month ago and I received half the order within days and the other half I cannot be tracked! I'll be sure to never use this company again! User's recommendation: Absolutely NOT!
