I ordered a large TV LG86NANO90 from Walmart, and they use SAIA to deliver the item to my house one day late. The driver open the back door to the truck. I notice my large TV on its side with long heavy box on top. I ask the driver, why the TV is on its side?. His response I did not load the truck. So, I said, do not bother taking the item down because the heavy items on the TV had bent the box and the TV is damaged. The driver said ok, and he singed my receipt and took off. I did not get a chance to put down refused order and sign my return receipt. I am putting pictures. You be the judge. Please, do not buy large item from any company that uses SAIA LTL User's recommendation: Please, make sure the large item is not deliverd by 3rd party cariers like SAIA LTL.
