Damaged cup

I contacted YETI 4 times... On the phone the lady was rude telling me the retailer would not return the cup so I had to go through Yeti. Which there was NO follow up from Yeti. I was waiting for a email from Yeti to give pictures of proof the cup was NOT KEEPING IT COLD. Once I went to PissedConsumer Yeti responded to me with a email and a Call. I am now waiting for a reply from Yeti...…..
