DAMAGED CABINETS AND POR CUSTOMER SERV

THE BEGINING OF INSTALL THE CABINETS WERE DAMAGED!!!! THE INSTALLER WAS SUPPOSE TO SEND DETAIL PICS I ENDED UP DOING THAT MYSELF BUT 1ST TIME THEY SAID THEY DID NOT GET THEN ANOTHER WEEK PASSES AND THEY TELL ME THEY CANT GET AND TAKE MORE PICS CAUSE OF MANUFACTOR ISSUE DISCONTIUED WERE THEY CAME FROM SO TO TAKE MORE PICS and RESEND,,,, THEN THEY SAY CANT GET BECAUSE CABINETS WERE DISCONTINUED AND IT WILL BE 90 TO 120 DAYS.. ONLY THING THEY WILL SEND WAS PANEL AND THAT SAT IN THE BRAINTREE STORE FOR OVER 3 WEEKS NO ONE CARED TO FOLLOW UP AND GET IT OUT WITH A NEW INSTALLER THEY SAID..... NOW IT WILL BE 2 MONTHS NEXT WEEK ... THEN TODAY SAME INSTALLER COMES TO INSTALL FRIDGE PANELS AND HE OPENED THE BOX AND PANEL WAS COMPLETLY DAMAGED ,,,I AM RETIRED AND WAS COUNTING ON THIS RENTAL TO HELP MY INCOME I LOST 2 MONTHS RENT BY NOT GETTING UNIT FINISHED SOME ONE SHOULD COMPINSATE ME .. PEOPLE SHOULD BE AWARE OF THE CO.
