Damage Furniture/Bad Service

My husband and I purchase furniture in June for our new home we were moving into in July. They delivered a damaged desk to our home 4 times, and a damage living room chair three times, as well as a damaged filing cabinet mind you this has been going on 6 months now and we have yet to get a replacement for the damage chair in our living room in which they left with us on false pretense of another one being delivered in a few weeks, which is now two months and we still don't have it. I reached out to the Corporate manager Mike Speros and Mike Fabos, because at this point all we want is a full refund for the chair and do not want a chair in our home. I wasn't at all surprised by the bad customer service even as managers. They would not refund us the full amount we paid for the chair because it was a special order stating that they can not resale it the only thing they could provide was a percentage of what we paid or exchange it for another item in the store. I am appalled by this type of service with as much furniture we purchased from them. I asked if it can not be resold what do you do with the furniture that is damaged, oh we repair it and then resale it, but you just stated that you can not resale this chair. I will never purchase another item from this store and I do not recommend any other customers to ever purchase anything from them. Store location Hoover, AL
