Update by user Sep 09, 2020 When I first called to complain I was told they did no damage before i even gave my name or address. She then laughed about the issue and said I have no common sense. We've had it inspected by 7 different companies with 4 different specialties. All say it was from cleaning an no other issues would have caused it. Original review posted by user Sep 09, 2020 Company came to steam carpets. Caused over saturation resulting in water damage to baseboards, wall, drywall and shrunk carpet. Company agreed to fix damage after seeing. Then said never mind since we wanted a professional fixing it. User's recommendation: look elsewhere.
