I paid a one-off fee to MyPerfectCV of £2.95 for the service of guidance is designing a CV. I accept this fee as a one-off fee. I did not create an account with the company nor was I expecting any further fees. The company nor its website advised me of any further fees regarding the CV building service. On 11/12/19 my bank, NatWest, advised me of a further fee of £16.95 paid to "AUX*MYPERFECTCV". I did not agree to this fee and would like it refunded with immediate effect.
