Customer Services Disappeared

I am a long-standing, previously satisfied customer. Since March lockdown many items no longer for delivery. Deliveries are thrown together in a box with virtually no internal packing. Items rolling around inside cartons, getting damaged and split. Emails to Customer Service do not even generate an auto reply. Went through the whole process with Resolver and not one acknowledgement from Superdrug. User's recommendation: Be prepared that if anything goes wrong you have no chance of getting it put right.
