This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They don’t want to help you with anything, they just lie and say it’s something that can’t help you out with and tell you to call back and go thru the automated system again. After being give the same excuse four times I asked to be speak with a supervisor and was told no. I asked multiple times and the agent refused to get their supervisor. She then placed me on a 10 min hold until I just hung. Worst company ever!!!!
