Customer Service Don’t Answer

I've just called customer service and the phone rang 4 times and went to fast busy signal. This is the 1st line of defense when you have this type of business. Something's wrong here that needs fixing!! User's recommendation: At a Lost what to write..Just choose other means of Transportation!!
