Hi i have returned an item to be exchanged but not received the new item or a refund. Ive tried to contact customer servie via email twice and rang 4 times but each time after 6 mins its gone to answer phone! I am now down £20 SPent money on phone calls and fast losing patience with such poor customer service!! PLease can someone ring me on [protected] so i can either get the product or my money back!
