Customer consideration

Buddys doesn't give you a notice when you're 90 day finance charges start. When they call you for a payment you think its to pay your item off,but in fact its to tell you you missed the the 90 day same as cash deal and now you have to pay an additional 700 dollars. To me this is bad business and I'll tell you why? I would like an opportunity to see if I can make the 90 day same as cash deal to pay it off. A notification telling me it due date is coming up, so that way I at least am giving a reminder if I can and if not then I'll gladly pay the financial charges. This send a message to me that Buddy does look out and try to help the customer in any way possible. But even when there manager says you'll never get a hold of area supervisor or the owner, because there busy playing golf at this critical time makes me feel I choose the wrong company? User's recommendation: Do not shop at buddys, they do not do good business for the customer.
