The employees at the hertz location in Englewood CO off S. Broadway are very rude and uninformative. Took my complaints and vehicle to Hertz off of Colfax in Lakewood CO and Elyce and Eric were very nice and understanding and had great customer service. Never going back to the Englewood location! User's recommendation: Do not go to the Englewood CO location.
