THAT IS THE SAME LADY WHO I SPOKE TO ALSO!! Omg! Horrible, horrible customer service. I will never use them again, even if I'm desperate. So, here goes -- I applied for CareCredit and was approved with like 18 months 0% interest or something like that. When that promotion period was almost up, they sent me a letter and I called them to find out how much I needed to pay in order to pay it off before that period ended. The lady I spoke to that time was nice and she gave me my payoff amount and the date it needed to be paid by. I was a broke college student at the time, so I asked my mom to borrow the money until I got my tax return and I'd pay her back. Anyway, I paid it off in time. Then maybe 1-2 months later, I get a call from them and they're wanting $500-600 from me!!! (I can't remember the exact amount.) Of course, I'm pissed because "there's no way. I paid the account down to a $0 balance over a month ago and made the deadline!" Well now they're saying there was a late fee that was charged to my account over 6 months ago, and just because I as paying the minimum payments, it didn't cover the late fee. So basically what they were saying is I had a late fee still on there and suddenly ALL of my backcharged interest was now due!!!!!. I asked "well then why would my minimum payment go from $30 one month to $100 the next month. Wouldn't that $100 payment have covered 2 months of min payments, plus the late fee?!?! Their simple answer was no. After about an hour of getting absolutely nowhere, I asked to speak to their supervisor. AND IT WAS JESSICA!! THE WORST OF THE WORST HUMAN BEING ALIVE!!! As the person above has already said, Jessica was the ruddest, most unprofessional customer service rep I had ever spoken to (At ANY company to-date).She would NOT let you get a word in, she would dictate the entire conversation, and all she knew how to say in other words was pretty much, "too bad so sad" Needless to say, I will never ever, ever use CareCredit again. Even if my life depended on it. To this day, they have been the worst people to do business with in my experience.
