Apple vacations are refusing to give credit for unused airline tickets for a vacation to Cancun that we cancelled due to the CDC rules of a negative covid test. They are insisting that the airline is charging $200 per person penalty. I called them, and they did not charge any penalty. Also, it took 5 months for them to issue the credit they did give us. You can't call them, they never answer the phone. User's recommendation: Avoid this company at all cost, they are thieves.
