Why are your stores having positive cases and downplaying the severity of the cases? Not ALL of your employees are full time and as such they do not have health benefits if they are exposed. I feel you all need to look at your people not your pocket. It is no one's fault that we are in the midst of this pandemic BUT it is you as a business' fault if you are not looking out for the best interest of your employees. Unlike the people with letters after their names the people that run your stores CAN NOT work from home. It's SAD when you go to social media and it is a theme that the independent and regional management is downplaying the severity of the Coronavirus. This is horrible business. The manager "looked" at the video and said the people that came in contact with the positive employee were only there for a brief time and had masks on. That is NOT how contact tracing works. You as a business need to get a more comprehensive plan for dealing with this virus. As it stands right now you are just sweeping it under the rug hoping no one trips over it. Why is it all over social media that sprout stores around the country are not taking adequate precautions when one of their employees does end up testing positive. And why is it a reoccurring theme that many of your stores do not enforced the mask mandate your company has set forth. If nothing else, you need to address the poor management at your Fayetteville, NC store site and look into why there is a high turnover rate for employment. Happy employees do not leave their jobs. So what does that tell you. And it also needs to be addressed as to why the manager continues to keep it on the hush hush any time a Sprouts employee tests positive and picks and chooses who and if he informs all the employees of a case amongst the employees at the store. To have this area called "Pissed Consumer" is quite telling. User's recommendation: Proceed with caution.
