Oh, that you'd hear my complaint... We arrived at the SLC Airport via Southwest Airlines at 10:15 PM. After proceeding to the baggage claim area, we finally got our luggage and then went immediately to the Thrifty Car Rental Counter arriving at the counter at 11:05 PM....
