Could not deliver as promised

Ordered flowers at 11am to be delivered that day paid extra for fast delivery. Nowhere does it start that flowers won't be left at door. Even had phone number of person that they were going to on order and stated that number was theirs. They did not call just left a note to have them call. I got an email stating that the flowers were delivered so I called my friend and found out they were not. Called customer service and they gave me the run around. Told me the florist had spoke to the person and arranged redelivery. Wrong my friend did not talk to them at this point, I said that, I told them they did not deliver on their promise. They put me on hold for several minutes, then came back and offered me 20% refund. Still not happy but it will have to do User's recommendation: Be very aware of paying extra for fast delivery...just don't.
