Rude Cashier. She (Mia) @ the Memphis 38016 location shouldn't be working in retail if she doesn't understand what customer service is even if she is just standing behind the register checking out people. The "Attitude" she shows towards me is just inexcusable. How can you be mean to shoppers who are in your store spending money?? Some retailers are emptyl and closing doors. As soon as I walked in for check-out she made me feel that having cart full of clothes and handbags is just a HUGE of work for her to do. User's recommendation: Hire employee that understand 'customer service" even if they just stand behind cashiering.
