Corporate Response Disastrous

On an attempt to follow through with Pissedconsumer.com’s advice, I called Simple Mobile. After the prompts to get me to “other” reason for calling, I was directed to a corporate/ legal representative. She was of no assistance. Her only response was for me to speak to the very same unlocking department that resulted in me being rudely hung up in the first place. I will go through my state officials and Senator Coons who has been very helpful to me in past similar situations. In fact, I live a few doors down from my congressman. I will fight to change this ridiculous policy for others that are not in the position to fight. User's recommendation: Do not buy Simple Mobile service.
