Corporate did contact me.

Pet supplies plus customer service did contact me. They did listen to what I had to say and they said they are going to hand it over to regional management. They did ask if their management team could contact me. I don't know as of yet if they have done anything about the manager and I did inform them that lost a long time customer because of him. User's recommendation: I would not shop there with a manager like that. He had been ignorant and rude to my wife before this incident she informed me.
