Due to government warnings and personal concerns we cancelled our short cruise in early May. Carnival charged me $300 cancellation fee, I lost an additional $130 for non-refundable vacation protection plan and since my trip was cancelled I was unable to get a refund on my WiFi purchase. Thank you Carnival Cruise Line for making this a *** experience and your disregard for potential customers and putting your money interests first. User's recommendation: negative.
