Continued Taking money after free trial cancelled.

5 months after I cancelled the free trial Audible began taking money from my bank account. Customer service gave me the run around (asking too many personal questions to verify my identity even though they had my name, email address and quoted my bank card number to me) In the end I had to cancel my Visa card. User's recommendation: Do not sign up to Audible.
