They took money out of my checking account to paid my mortgage for March 2018, when I realized that my mortgage was not paid by March 15, 2018, I was told that it would be late. I inquire why wasn't I notified about this issue and they had no information to give me regarding that. I then asked when will it be paid they said that they had no idea when it would be paid but yet they had my mortgage money tied up for March at that point I requested to be remove from the program and have all monies refunded or paid to my mortgage neither was done. Today is March 29, 2018 and its still not paid. I called on March 26, 2018 a representative Jolen stated that her supervisor manually issued my monies for my mortgage electronically they said it would not be paid until April 2, 2018 which will make my mortgage payment over 30 days late. Their attitude is what bother me the most. I talked to their supervisor Kathryn operator number 4992 and she acted as though she could care less that my mortgage payment would be late.
