Constant internet outages

My internet has within the last 3 months be inoperable for at least 1/4 of the time. I work as an IT and have verified all connections on my end. Wave gives me the same generic answer that there is an outage and they are working on it. I pay for the highest speed they have fiber gigabit internet which is close to 100 dollars a month. The service and response from them is completely unacceptable. User's recommendation: Don’t use wave if you have a choice.
