Every order that is shipped by ON TRAC addressed to my home address is delivered to an address 6 miles from my home without my authorization. Continued complaints to the management fail to correct the issue. Today is the 3rd time in 3 weeks that I have not received my products. I have had to request refunds from the companies and select other vendors who deliver using responsible delivery services. User's recommendation: Do not purchase from any company who uses On Trac for delivery.
