Hello, My daughter Natalie Pilipczak DOB 12/22/2002 is registered to take her first ACT test on 6/13/2020. I received an e-mail from ACT that the testing center which is her high school Spruce Creek High School Port Orange Fl 32129 has cancelled the test date and that we need to reschedule to 7/18 . Based on that e-mail since we will be out of the state on vacation in July , I requested a refund. Natalie was informed days after the refund request by her ACT prep course teacher from Spruce Creek High School that the e -mail was wrong about the test being cancelled. The test is still being offered. Natalie studied very hard to take the June ACT and I want to make sure the refund request is cancelled and her registration is still valid for June 13. We had no plans of cancelling the test and asking for a refund until the e-mail stated wrongly it was cancelled. I did not summit any forms for the refund . Please reassure me her test will take place on June 13 thas planned. Thank you, Ildi , Natalie's mother. I
