I contacted ITOK.net got the website by googleing it. Have had issues with computer and thought I had virsus. After talking to someone and checking my computer i indeed had some virsus and could clean it out for $109.99 that it would take 3-4 hours to clean out and be working better than it was. after an half hour they called me back said computer had shut down and that he needed my help by doing a few steps. My computer did not respond Said he had to talk to someone about the issue and called me back in 15 said he could not do anything. And how old was my computer? I asked for my refund, due back in full, he said someone would be contacting me. what kind of company is this? THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF!!
