Long story short. Meter Read Notice "CONTACT IMMEDIATELY!" 1-21*-367-****. "Don't leave message, keep calling back" 3 hours later, called CS. First call unsuccessful. Second call Enrique! Calm, knowledgeable, super polite, solve the issue in the easiest possible way. There are no words to thank him. I hope your company show appreciation to employees especially in times when everyone has problems. His only concern was my satisfaction. Thank you so much!! User's recommendation: Keep calling until you get the best person. For meter read notices, make it possible to reach someone.
