Dear Sir, I am unsatisfied with your service. I registered a complaint on your customer care on 22/3/11 for AC service. This has completed on 31/3/11. When the Service Man come for service, up/down air flow direction adjustment flap get mistekenly broken by the service man but he says its not by me it is already and he told me to registered again a complaint to customercare for this part, your AC in under warranty so it will be change free of cost, so I registered the compalint on 31/3/11 (complaint# [protected]) but after two or three days I got the call from Kirti Nagar Service Center regarding complaint I told all the matter and they said to me we call back you in few minutes but I nevere get call back. I got the massage from Hitachi that (Your Request# [protected] has been closed in our system Pls call our custeromer care if it has not been fully adressed-hitachi service center. I call again to your customer many times but they take no action and I got the phone number of Kirti Nagar SErvice center, I talked with Mr. Joshi there I told him to all matter and they again say I will call you again but they not called me, I again called there on 16/4/11 two or three times and they said to me that the enginner will come today but the engineer will not come yet. Its very poor service. I am sure that the Up/down air flow direction adjustment flap was breaked by Service Man not already. Please do something in this case, I am really very harras by HItachi, this is my first product of your brand. If the same service will remain of your in future I will not recommed to anybody or buy HItachi brand. Thanking You Tarun Bandhu [protected]
