Completely horrible

I ordered an item paid 49.99 for one day shipping got an email saying it would come on Friday didn’t receive no package contacted the customer service after waiting for an hour for customer service just to respond they say the items status is label ready. Now it’s the weekend their not open till Monday didn’t receive item within 1 day period. Item was a present for a family member that was visiting over the weekend finally got a message back on Monday but I no longer needed the item so I asked to just cancel my order and get my money refunded they said it takes two days to be approved and 3-7 business days after approval to initiate the refund get an invoice of the refund and was only refunded the item cost and tax but no 49.99 for shipping waited another hour for customer service help then they state they don’t refund shipping on items returned but my item was not returned I’d have to get the item to return it I cancelled the order and it was initially all because of the shipping cost of 1 day shipping and not receiving the item. I’m still now waiting on a response for the refund of my shipping cost. This has been a complete nightmare and the worst purchasing experience and customer service experience I’ve ever had.
