The movers I hired completely botched the job. CSI pros was supposed to review our claim and make a decision. They completely ignored all the proof I provided and blindly went with the absurd claims of the mover. They took 4 months to make a decision and never returned my calls or kept me up to date on what was going on. I don't even understand what they do. They told me they were an insurance company, but now they are saying they are only a middle man to help resolve disputes. I think they work for the moving company. Totally frustrated over this process and it seems that all the time I put into providing them with accurate proof was a waste of time.
