Complete loss of personal belonging
*SOLVED

I had my personal goods shipped from Maui, Hawaii to Wellesley, MA. I was not told that my belongings would not be insured for full recovery. Until after the movers showed up at the house. Even before they touched a single thing in my house. I wanted and was prepared to pay the insurance for full recovery in case of damages or loss as we did with shipping our motorcycle with them; but Cardinal refused my request for our regular goods. I felt my hands were tied and had no choice but to have them move my belongings. Being under their care, Cardinal Movers Systems managed to lose a 6ft. Koa Wooden Paddle. Under their care it was evidently either stolen or they delivered it to another party as Lydia (from customer service) has assured me it is no where to be found. Even though I watched placed inside the truck and was accounted for on the order list, It was confirmed at time of delivery that it did not arrive with the rest of my things. Now they want to forward my claim to another party insurance so they can repay me with 6 cents to the dollar value for Its loss. It's worth @ least $689.00 not including what I paid them to care/ ship it to me. They basically stole my paddle. This is not right nor is it anywhere near fair.
