They put my money back into my account after I took legal action. To date, the item purchased was supposed to be delivered to my friend on June 7th, 2021 and has not arrived. I'm still waiting and follow up with this company named Collections Etc. User's recommendation: I've ordered from them before and this was my first bad experience. I will NOT do business with them again.
