Company acted against its return policy


I returned some clothes with UPS to get a refund and it’s been 2 months and they haven’t reimbursed me. I wrote them an email and they said there has been a delay because my package has been damaged. However, as per their policy, their insurance covers such cases and they are liable for the damages. They stopped replying to me emails since then
