Collect fees billed to me

i received collect calls from my son in Las Vegas from a pay phone, i got 2 calls one day from him and then another one 2 days later from the same phone, when i checked by bank i was charged for 4 calls and the total was over $114 and two calls were cut off d/t reception User's recommendation: do not accept calls.
