I've ordered some dishwasher parts from www.dappz.com and when I opened the package I found out that my order was incorrect! Parts did not fit so I contacted Dappz customer service and asked for a replacement and they said that they were not able to do that because it was against their policy. Then I asked for a refund and they said that since I have already opened the package they were not able to accept it back so refund was not possible! Are you kidding me?? Clowns!!
